Sewage Permits

Permits are needed for any new construction or any system that has been out of service for more than one year. Permits can be obtained through the Indiana County Sewage Enforcement Agency (ICSEA). For a permit application, contact the Indiana County Sewage Enforcement Office at (724) 349-6640.
